How do you guarantee the quality of products from China?
We carry out on-site quality control in China before products reach the warehouse, and every order is photo-documented before it ships. You can always order samples before you start selling – and if a defect is found, we replace the product or refund the order value, no questions asked.
What does it cost to source products through ScaleOrder?
Sourcing itself costs nothing extra – supplier search, price negotiation and quality control are included. You pay the product price + shipping per order, in EUR, with no monthly fee or setup cost. Volume discounts kick in automatically from 100 orders/month.
Can I customize products with my own logo and packaging?
Yes. We handle logos, custom packaging, product labels in your customers’ language and complete white-label solutions. Custom packaging is included from 50 orders/month – for smaller volumes we quote per project. Send us your logo and your contact person will produce physical samples before production starts.
Can you help me find a specific product I saw online?
Absolutely. Send us a link, image or description and our sourcing team will track down the product with verified suppliers, negotiate the price and can send you a sample. You’ll normally get price and delivery time within 24–48 hours.
Which product categories can you help with?
Most e-commerce categories: home & interior, sports & leisure, electronics accessories, beauty, pet products, clothing and accessories, and more.
