How does customer service work on ScaleOrder?

1. If you have any question with your orders, please feel free to contact us.

2. If your customers receive a wrong, damaged, or defective items, please contact us, our team will handle your issues in properly.

3. After receiving return instructions from us, please package the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and all original parts. We will provide you with the returns address.

4. Most returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund or resend.

5. If the returns caused by the customers providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information, we won’t take responsibility for the shipping cost of the resend.

 

Return conditions:

The customers have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you. If the customers want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: disposable products, items damaged due to improper use, modified items, worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way, non-returnable marks, and free gifts.

Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing.

We will not be responsible for returns without our agreement. We only accept returned items that have been sent back with proper return requests.

We do not provide Freight To Collect service for packages returned to us and the return will be made at your own cost (Please double-check your returns before shipping them out.)
